Privacy Policy

The short version
Shama Software LLC builds apps that collect as little data as possible — usually none. We run no analytics, we do not build profiles of you, and we never sell or share personal data with anyone. The only advertising in any of our apps is optional and user-initiated — you choose to watch an ad in exchange for something, such as a game hint. We never force an ad on you, and we never show banner or interstitial ads. This website sets no cookies and uses no trackers.
Our apps
- Your data stays with you. Our apps store your content — scans, game results, goals, notes — on your device. Where an app offers sync, it uses your personal iCloud account: Apple is the storage provider under your iCloud terms, and we cannot read your data.
- No analytics SDKs, no forced ads. Where an app offers optional rewarded ads, they are served by Google AdMob, and only when you choose to watch one. To serve and measure those ads, Google collects device and advertising data as described in Google's privacy policy. Our apps do not request App Tracking Transparency permission and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. LottaWord is the app that currently uses rewarded ads.
- Purchases are processed entirely by Apple; we never see payment details.
- Apps for children are built to collect nothing at all: no accounts, no ads, no external links.
Each app's App Store listing carries its own privacy details and label, kept accurate for exactly what that app does.
